Since 1994, it has liquidated other branches of activity and specialized only in insulation. By establishing the "Insulation Consultancy Center", which is similar to the centers established by the state in contemporary western countries and providing consultancy services on insulation, in 1997, Dynamic Heat has filled another gap in the sector thanks to this innovative approach.
Our company, which also partially produced insulation accessories such as insulation hanger pins, plastic dowels, cold room nails as a marketing company between 1993 and 2003, decided to invest in 2003 and started the production of CLİMAFLEX Polyethylene Insulation materials and DYNAJACKET Valve and Armature Jackets in 2004. gained its industrial identity.
Again in 2004, it started the import of Elastomeric Rubber Foam insulation products and brought a new expansion to the HVAC market. In 2005, it enriched its product range by incorporating ISOPIPE branded ultraviolet-resistant Rubber Foam products, and in 2006, by incorporating rock wool products with a distributorship agreement with a world giant manufacturer of mineral wools. In the same year, it started exporting polyethylene foam products under the DYNAFLEX brand. This effort of our company, which is still exporting to many countries, was registered in 2008 by the Aegean Region Chamber of Industry by giving the "Company with the Highest Increase in Export" award.
This understanding of our company, which gives importance to quality in all products and services it produces; In the first year of its production, it was approved by the impartial quality system certification body Bureau Veritas, and in 2005 it was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System certificate. It was updated again in 2010 according to the ISO 9001:2008 version. Our company, which is environmentally friendly with the products it produces, will once again prove that it is Eco-Friendly by "Producing in Environmentally Sensitive Facilities" by having the Environmental Management System ISO 14001 Certificate when this booklet reaches you.
In 2006, Climaflex doubled its production capacity in polyethylene products by commissioning the 2nd production line for products, and developed special design polyethylene packaging profile products under the brand DYNAPROFİL for furniture, electronics, machinery, etc. brought to the market for use in its packaging. In 2007, it built the factory warehouse with a closed area of 2,600 m2, which will double the logistics storage capacity. Again in 2007, it introduced fireproof acoustic foam products to the market under the DYNAAKUSTIK brand and started to produce multi-purpose tape types used in the HVAC sector under the DYNATAPE brand by commissioning the lamination and slicing equipment related to HVAC Tapes with the investments it made.
In 2008, it completed its product range on installation insulation by introducing its own products to the Elastomeric Rubber Foam market with the DYNAFLEX RUBBER brand. Our company, which develops products for these conditions with Engineering solutions suitable for many different environment and comfort conditions, instead of classical products by considering the needs of the sector, Aluminum Foil Coated DYNAFLEX- AL, 300 micron or 405 Micron PVC + Aluminum Foil Coated DYNAFLEX PVC AL - CLAD with Composite Film + Aluminum Film It brought a new opening to the market by producing its coated DYNAFLEX AL-PLUS products in its facilities in TIRE.
Our company, which started to invest in Polystyrene Foam, which is used in Floor and Wall insulation in thicknesses between 3 mm and 10 mm, completed this investment in February 2010 and presented its own brand, DYNAFOAM, to the market with a wide product range.
In 2009, by seeing the need for sealing gasket, adhesive industrial tape, EPDM, EVA XPE, PE and Rubber-based technical foam products of many industrial facilities operating in sectors such as Automotive, Electronics, White and Brown Goods, Small Home Appliances, Furniture, lamination was used to produce these products. , slicing, cutting etc. has increased its closed production areas to a total of 9,000 m2 by moving its works to the new facility established on an area of 2,500 m2.
In 2010, it took another investment decision and started the construction of a new factory for DYNAFOAM BOARD branded XPS Sheathing and Thermal Insulation products, which will produce in a facility with an open area of 10,000 m2 and a closed area of 5,000 m2.

In particular, industrial construction, furniture, electronics, etc. Our company, which designs technical foam and packaging products that are needed by many sectors, such as customer requests and product requirements, continues its new investments in 2012, such as Die Cut, Traveling Head Press, Slicing and Sizing Machines, without interruption, and will introduce new products to our country in the coming years. determined to win.
With the investments it made in 2014 and 2015, it increased its production capacity in its PE production facility to 5,000 tons per year and became the only company in our country that can produce Polyethylene sheets up to 25 mm thick on a single layer.
After the ISO 9000 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certifications in 2015, we also established the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Occupational Safety Management System and switched to the Integrated Management System.
With the revision of the XPS production line in 2015, XPS increased its production capacity by 20% and reached an annual capacity of 130000 m3.
With the new PE production line investment made in 2016, the production of high-density upholstery roving DynaProfil EDGE brand, which is used extensively in the manufacture of furniture, armchairs and sofas, almost all of which is imported from abroad, has started.
Having achieved the ability to design and produce its own production machines thanks to the knowledge it has acquired, at the end of 2016, Dynamics decided to install the 2nd XPS line and started investing. Having completed this investment in June 2017, Dynamic will also serve different sectors such as plastic doors and sandwich panel production with this line, which has the ability to produce 75 cm wide plates, and has increased its XPS production capacity to 250,000 m3 per year.
Considering product development in line with the needs as a part of development, Dynamic, with its investments in 2017, to ensure that food products reach their users safely in cold chain transportation, DYNAFOAM FRİGO for the insulation of refrigerated crates, for the insulation of buildings covered with decorative bricks, DYNAFOAM BRİCK, for the safe insulation of Tile Roofs. , DYNAFOAM X-TILE has launched special design XPS products under the brands of DYNAFOAM PANEL to be used in the filling of sandwich panels used in the manufacture of Plastic Doors.
Dynamic Heat, which made a new investment decision in September 2017; It planned the production of Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XPE) Foam Board, which is widely used in many sectors such as Construction Industry, Automotive Industry, Leather Industry, Electronic Industry, and started trial production in October 2018, and started regular production since the beginning of 2019. In this facility, which operates in a closed area of 7,000 m2, it will make sound insulation especially against impact sound in buildings and provide automotive, white goods, electronics, etc. DYNAFOAM XPE Cross-Linked Polyethylene Foam sheets, which are produced for sealing and sound insulation purposes, which are used extensively in the sectors, are produced with the latest technology and are used in many areas such as military mats, pilates and yoga mats, mountaineering mats, swimming aid foams, sealing gaskets. fills the void.
Construction of the "Elastomeric Rubber Foam Production Facility", which was decided to be invested in June 2021, on an industrial land of 20,000 m2 in Tire Organized Industrial Zone, with a total area of 20,000 m2, 14.000 m2 on the ground and 6.000 m2 on the submerged floor, in a short period of 10 months - It was completed in April 2022. The trial and test production of our investment, which was incorporated into our company as the 5th production facility, was completed and mass production started in May 2022. With this investment, we have reached an established area of 55,000 m2, of which 34,071 m2 is closed and 20.929 m2 is open area.
In addition, a GES (Solar Power Plant) facility was established on the 14.000 m2 roof area of this production facility. Our facility, which started to produce electricity as of December 2022, has an installed power of 2.056 MWp and is expected to produce 3,000,000 kWh of electricity annually.
In 2010, Dynamic set itself a target of being a publicly traded company in Borsa Istanbul by 2020, reaching this goal in August 2020, and started trading with the DNISI code as of September 2020.
